بررسی میزان توانایی انجام محاسبات دارویی پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان فاطمه الزهرا(س) مهریز

چکیده

مقدمه : عدم توانايي در محاسبه دز دارويي در بخش‌هاي مختلف بیمارستان، شايع‌ترين خطاي پزشکي مي‌باشد که مي‌تواند حتي در بيماران به شدت بد حال منجر به صدمات جدي و حتي مرگ شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان توانایی محاسبات دارویی پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان فاطمه الزهرا(س) مهریز صورت گرفت.


شیوه‌ی مطالعه: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- تحلیلی است که توانایی محاسبه‌ی دارویی پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان حضرت فاطمه الزهرا(س) مهریز در سال 1400، را مطالعه می‌کند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای بود مشتمل بر دو قسمت که بخش اول شامل 10سؤال مربوط به اطلاعات شغلی فرد و بخش دوم شامل 8 سؤال مربوط به آگاهی پرستاران از نحوه‌ی محاسبه‌ی دوزاژ داروهای پر کاربرد بود.


یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان دادند که وضعیت توانایی محاسبه دارویی نمونه‌های مورد پژوهش 16/3 درصد در وضعیت خوب، 18/6 درصد در وضعیت متوسط، 51/3 درصد در وضعیت ضعیف بودند و 13/8 درصد از نمونه‌های تحت پژوهش قادر به پاسخگویی به هیچ کدام از سؤالات نبودند.


نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به کمبود آگاهی شدید پرسنل پرستاری در مورد نحوه‌ی محاسبات دارویی و همچنین با توجه به درصد پایین محاسبه‌ی درست دارویی در نمونه‌های مورد پژوهش، توجه بیشتر به برنامه‌ریزی مناسب به منظور ارتقاء محاسبه دارویی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.
