بررسی آگاهی، باور و عملکرد پیشگیری از پوکی استخوان در دختران نوجوان شهرستان زابل

چکیده

مقدمه: پوکی استخوان به علت شیوع بالای آن، موضوع بهداشتی مهمی به شمار می‌رود. این بیماری در زنان سه برابر شایع‌تر از مردان است. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان آگاهی، باور و عملکرد پیشگیری از پوکی استخوان در دختران نوجوان بود.


شیوه‌ی مطالعه: این مطالعه‌ی‌ توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1399 در شهرستان زابل و به روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای انجام شد. تعداد 370 دختر نوجوان از دبیرستان‌های دخترانه وارد مطالعه شدند. پرسش‌نامه‌ی پژوهشگر ساخته، دارای 36 سؤال و چهار بخش حاوی مشخصات جمعیت‌شناختی، آگاهی، باور و عملکرد نوجوانان در زمینه‌ی پیشگیری از پوکی استخوان بود که پس از انجام روایی و پایایی و کسب رضایت آگاهانه، توسط شرکت‌کنندگان به صورت خودگزارش‌دهی تکمیل شد.


یافته‌ها: اکثر دانش‌آموزان دختر از نظر آگاهی (67/6 درصد)، باور (68/1 درصد) و عملکرد (57/1 درصد) در پیشگیری از پوکی استخوان در سطح خوب بودند. بیشترین منبع کسب اطلاعات، رسانه‌ها مانند رادیو و تلویزیون گزارش شد.‌


نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه‌ی انجام شده بر روی دختران نوجوان با وجود داشتن آگاهی، باور و عملکرد در سطح خوب، لزوم برنامه‌های آموزشی از طریق رسانه‌های جمعی و برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی ضروری به نظر می‌رسد و همچنین فراهم‌آوری تسهیلات رایگان ورزشی و نظارت دقیق بر تغذیه‌ی دختران در مدارس از اقدامات مناسب دیگر به شمار می‌روند.
