تأثیر آموزش اصول احیاي قلبی- ریوي پایه‌ی بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد دندان‌پزشکان عمومی

چکیده

مقدمه: ایست قلبی- ریوي، یکی از مهم‌ترین موارد فوریت‌هاي پزشکی بوده و احیاي قلبی- ریوي پایه، جزء حیاتی و اولین گام در پاسخ به ایست قلبی- ریوی است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تأثیر آموزش اصول احیاي قلبی- ریوي پایه، بر دانش، نگرش و عملکرد دندان‌پزشکان عمومی در سال 1399 انجام گرفت.


شیوه‌ی مطالعه: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مداخله‌اي مي‌باشد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل 48 نفر از دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شاغل در شهر یزد مي‌باشند که از طریق سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی پژوهشگرساخته با 32 عبارت در 4 قسمت جمعیت‌شناختی و سه حيطه‌ی آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد درباره‌ی احیای قلبی- ریوی بود.


یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد 64/6 درصد از دندان‌پزشکان، مرد و 35/4 درصد، زن بودند. میانگین سنی آن‌ها 7/5 ± 36/06 سال بود. میزان دانش (60/4 درصد)، نگرش (22/9 درصد) و عملکرد (50 درصد) آنان از اصول احیاي قلبی- ریوي پایه‌ی قبل از آموزش بسیار ضعیف بود اما بعد از آموزش، اکثر واحدهای مورد پژوهش دارای آگاهی (68/8 درصد) و عملکردی (62/5 درصد) در سطح متوسط و خوب بودند. همچنین هیچ یک از نمونه‌ها سابقه‌ی مشاهده از نزدیک و مشارکت در امر احیاي قلبی- ریوي را نداشتند.


نتیجه‌گیري: اين مطالعه نشان داد، سطح دانش و عملکرد دندان‌پزشکان عمومی در مورد اصول احیاء قلبي- ريوی پایه، قابل قبول نبوده و لازم است دوره‌های مناسب آموزشي برای بهبود دانش و مهارت با فواصل زماني مناسب برگزار شود.
