بررسی پیامدهای مادری و جنینی در مادران تحت بیدردی اسپاینال در مقایسه با گروه شاهد

چکیده
مقدمه: کاهش مناسب درد زایمانی، همواره یکی از مهمترین اهداف علم طب بوده است و درخواست تسکین درد لیبر از طرف بیمار، ضرورت کافی برای کاربرد روشهای تسکین درد محسوب میشود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی پیامدهای مادری و جنینی مادرانی که تحت بیدردی اسپاینال قرار گرفتهاند در مقایسه با گروه شاهد در مادران مراجعهکننده به زایشگاه بیمارستان علیابنابیطالب زاهدان در سال 1398 طراحی شد.
شیوهی مطالعه: پژوهش حاضر به صورت موردی- شاهدی بود که بر روی 200 زن باردار در سال 1398 انجام شد. زنان بارداری که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه داشتند به انتخاب متخصص بیهوشی، در گروههای زایمان بیدرد (اسپینال) قرار گرفتند. گروه شاهد نیز با روش تصادفی ساده از بین افرادی انتخاب شدند که معیارهای ورود را دارا بوده ولی تمایلی به انجام زایمان بیدرد نداشتند. دو گروه با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری ANOVA، Kruskal-Wallis، رگرسیون خطی، Chi-Squared و Fisher's exact test مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. سطح معنیداری 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: طول مراحل اول و دوم لیبر در گروه بدون مداخله، به صورت معنیداری کمتر از گروههای بیدرد بود. در روش بیدردی مورد استفاده، تأثیرات منفی بر روی نوع زایمان، آپگار نوزاد نداشت و منجر به بروز عوارض در مادر در مرحلهی پس از زایمان نشد.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که روش بیدردی اسپاینال، تأثیرات منفی بر پیامدهای مادری و نوزادی نداشت.
