دستورالعمل‌های پیشنهادی بی‌هوشی و توصیه‌های کاربردی حین بیماری همه‌گیری کووید 19 بر اساس ارزیابی گایدلاین‌های چند کشور

چکیده

مقدمه: پاندمی کووید 19، سیستم بهداشتی جهان را دستخوش چالش بزرگی نموده و منجر به انتشار سریع دستورالعمل‌های متعدد بی‌هوشی شده است. تجارب همکاران بین‌المللی ما بایستی در جهت حفظ جان بیماران و کارکنان مراقبت سلامت به کار گرفته شود. هدف اولیه‌ی این مطالعه، برآورد و جمع‌آوری دستورالعمل‌های ملی برای مدیریت بی‌هوشی بیماران با کووید 19 بود که می‌تواند باعث بهبودی در مدیریت هر خیز جدید اپیدمی گردد.


شیوه‌ی مطالعه: این مطالعه به صورت مروری بر اساس استخراج اطلاعات از Cochrane Library، Embase،
Science Direct، Up-to-date، PubMed بطور همه جانبه‌ای برای دستورالعمل‌های مربوط به کووید 19 بررسی گردید. به علاوه، صفحه‌ی اینترنتی مربوط به منابع اطلاعاتی فدراسیون جهانی متخصصین بی‌هوشی، برای دستورالعمل‌های ملی بررسی و جستجو شد.


یافته‌ها: دستورالعمل‌های کشورهای استرالیا، کانادا، چین، هند، ایتالیا، آفریقای جنوبی، کره جنوبی، تایوان، ایران، انگلیس و در نهایت آمریکا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تمام دستورالعمل‌ها، غالباً برای محدود کردن شیوع عفونت و حفظ سلامت مراقبین سلامت بود. حیطه و هدف دستورالعمل‌های چینی فراگیرتر بود. آفریقای جنوبی و انگلیس واضح‌ترین و روشن‌ترین منابع اطلاعاتی را در دسترس قرار دارند.‌


نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود مستندات جدید، دستورالعمل‌های ملی بایستی به روز شوند تا میزان دقت، وضوح و قابلیت اجرایی شدن آن‌ها بیشتر شود.
