ضرورت، جایگاه و نگاه به ارزشیابی آموزشی اعضای هیأت علمی در آموزش عالی

چکیده

مقدمه: آموزش عالی، نقش اساسی و محوری در توسعه‌ی جوامع دارد. عناصر اصلی در دانشگاه شامل استاد، دانشجو و محیط آموزشی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش سعی شد به مرور ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزشی اساتید و عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن پرداخته شود.


شیوه‌ی مطالعه: در این مرور نظام‌مند، واژگان کلیدی ارزشیابی در نظام آموزشی، ارزشیابی اساتید، ارزشیابی دانشجویان، عوامل مؤثر بر ارزشیابی اساتید در پایگاه‌های SID، Magiran، PubMed، Science Direct، Scopus، Medline، Springer، Proquest جهت پاسخ به سؤالات 5‌گانه‌ی پژوهش استفاده شد و در نهایت، ۳۷ مقاله برای تحلیل انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.


یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، روش رایج ارزیابی اساتید، توسط دانشجویان می‌باشد. برخی اساتید از ارزشیابی توسط دانشجویان به دلیل آن‌که آن‌را آسیب‌زا و در سطح پایین دانسته و دروس مختلف به صورت متفاوت ارزشیابی نمی‌شوند، رضایت ندارند. معیارها از نگاه دانشجویان و اساتید شامل ایجاد انگیزه در دانشجویان، ویژگی‌های اخلاقی، رفتاری، شخصیتی، حرفه‌ای، روابط میان فردی و اجتماعی، فعالیت‌های آموزشی پژوهشی، توسعه‌ی حرفه‌ای، مشاوره و خدمات اجرایی، رعایت قوانین آموزشی، روش تدریس و تسلط علمی و کیفیت تدریس می‌باشد.  


نتیجه‌گیری: در صورتی که ارزشیابی کیفیت آموزشی در زمان و روش و افراد شایسته برای ارزشیابی، بازخورد به دانشجویان، استفاده از فرم‌های ارزشیابی روا و پایا، نظارت دقیق بر انجام ارزشیابی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند، شاهد افزایش بازنگری در فعالیت آموزشی اساتید خواهیم بود.
