نقش واسطهای نگرش به مدرسه در رابطهی بین ارزشهای شخصی با عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم

چکیده
مقدمه: عملکرد تحصیلی به عنوان مهمترین سازهی حوزه تحصیلی، نقش تعیینکنندهای در سرنوشت فراگیران دارد. این در حالی است که عملکرد تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر در مقطع متوسطهی دوم، ضعیف گزارش میشود. از این رو مطالعهی حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط ارزشهای شخصی دانشآموزان با عملکرد تحصیلی آنها از طریق میانجیگیری نگرش به مدرسه انجام گرفت.
شیوهی مطالعه: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. بر این اساس تعداد 420 نفر از دانشآموزان دختر کرمانشاه که در سال تحصیلی 97-96 در مقطع متوسطهی دوم مشغول به تحصیل بودند به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان، پرسشنامههای نگرش به مدرسه مک کوچ و سیگل SAAS-R))، عملکرد تحصیلی درتاج و زمینهیاب ارزشی شوارتز SVS (Schwartz Value Scale) را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS نسخهی 22 و Amos نسخهی 24 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که اثر غیر مستقیم ارزشهای خیرخواهی، همنوایی، قدرت، تحریک و لذت به عملکرد تحصیلی با واسطهگری نگرش به مدرسه معنیدار است.
نتیجهگیری: ارزشهای شخصی دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم، به واسطهی تضعیف و یا تقویت نگرش آنها نسبت به مدرسه، عملکرد تحصیلی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. زمانی که دانشآموز، فضای مدرسه را متناسب با ارزشهای شخصی خود بداند، نگرش مثبتی بدان خواهد داشت. بر این اساس بهتر است الگوی مدیریت مدرسه به گونهای باشد که صرفنظر از نوع ارزشی را که دانشآموزان دنبال میکنند، زمینهی جذب و علاقهمندی آنها به مدرسه را فراهم کند.
