تعیین میزان اعتماد اجتماعی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در بیماران بستری در بیمارستان علیابنابیطالب (ع) شهر زاهدان

چکیده
مقدمه: اعتماد، ایجاد ارتباط با دیگری و درخواست پذیرش و حمایت آشکار از دیگران، خودتکمیلی در روابط و انطباق با انتظارات دیگران است. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین میزان اعتماد اجتماعی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در بیماران بستری در بخشهای مختلف بیمارستان علیابنابیطالب (ع) شهر زاهدان در سال1397 میباشد.
شیوهی مطالعه: این مطالعهی توصیفي- تحلیلي به صورت مقطعي و با تعیین میزان اعتماد اجتماعی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در بیماران مراجعهکننده به بیمارستان علیابنابیطالب (ع) شهر زاهدان در سال 1397 انجام گردید. تعداد 155 بیمار به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب گردید. نمونهگیري به صورت سهمیهای و متناسب با تعداد مراجعین به هر بخش بود. انتخاب بیماران از هر بخش، به روش غیر احتمالی و در دسترس بود. ابزار جمعآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامهی دموگرافیک (سن، جنس، سطح تحصیلات، علت مراجعه، محل سکونت، درآمد و قومیت) و پرسشنامهی محققساختهی سنجش اعتماد اجتماعی مشتمل بر 20 سؤال بود (مجموع نمرات حاصل از پاسخ به سؤالات پرسشنامهی محققساخته 20 سؤال 5 گزینهای که عددی بین 20 تا 100 میباشد).
یافتهها: مطالعهی حاضر نشان داد رابطهی متغیرهای جنس، سن، علت مراجعه، محل سکونت و قومیت با میزان اعتماد اجتماعی معنیدار است، ولی رابطهی متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات و درآمد ماهیانهی بیمار با میزان اعتماد اجتماعی، معنیدار نمیباشد.
نتيجهگيري: اگر اعتماد اجتماعی در بین بیماران زياد باشد، نه تنها در کیفیت زندگی اجتماعی تک تک بیماران نقش دارد بلکه برای کل افراد جامعه و درنتیجه محیط اجتماعی، زندگی سالم و مثبتی را فراهم میکند.
